Kelly Osbourne has hit out at pop star Lily Allen's foray into the
fashion world, insisting any celebrity clothing range should be
self-designed.

The "Smile" hitmaker lent her name to the Lily Loves line for U.K.
clothing chain New Look in 2007, promoting dresses, shoes, and
accessories.

Osbourne admits she has been approached to launch her own range but
refused to attach her name to promoting a line she had no hand in
designing.

She says, "The wardrobe department on 'Dancing With The Stars' are
teaching me how to sew, but I don't think I'm ready to bring out a
range of clothes yet at my age.

"I know Lily Allen has done it but I want to do it all by myself
and not just attach my name to it. That's not fashion to me. I could do
that now if I wanted to. If I were to produce a range I wouldn't even
call it my name."
